Fano Maohi of Utah “The Journey of the Polynesian People” is a non-profit organization created in 1995 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The founders are Danny Tupua - President, along with Leoni Raihauti and Tiare Olevao. Fano Maohi’s annual festivals have brought dance groups from Hawaii, California, Las Vegas, Tonga, Kentucky, Alaska and Tahiti to Salt Lake City, Utah. Over five thousand visitors have come to support Fano Maohi. Fano Maohi also sponsors many events for abused and neglected children and troubled families. Fano Maohi continues to fulfill dreams and to preserve and share the tradition of the Polynesian People with the world. Fano Maohi Polynesian Dance Studio is located at 3030 South Main Suite 400 in Salt Lake City.
